How is the price of a cleaning calculated?
Rates depend on the size of your home or office, the type of clean and how often you book. Regular visits start from RM 129 per session, and you always receive a fixed quote before we confirm anything.
Do your cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Every team arrives with professional equipment and eco-certified products. If you prefer us to use your own supplies, just mention it when booking.
Will I get the same cleaner for every visit?
For weekly and bi-weekly plans we assign a dedicated cleaner to your home, so you see a familiar face who already knows your preferences.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve all of Kuala Lumpur plus Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong and Cheras. Contact us if your address sits just outside these zones.
How far in advance should I book?
Most slots are available within 48 hours. For move-out or post-renovation cleans we recommend booking three to five days ahead.
What happens if I am not happy with the result?
