FreshHaven Cleaning Sdn. Bhd. ("FreshHaven", "we", "us") operates the website dentaltrack.pro. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

We only collect data that we genuinely need to deliver our services:
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address when you submit our quote form or call us.
- Service details — information about your property (size, location, access notes) that you share so we can quote and schedule accurately.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to prepare quotes, schedule and perform cleaning visits, respond to enquiries, issue invoices and improve our website. We may send you service-related messages, such as booking confirmations or schedule changes. We do not send marketing messages unless you have opted in, and every marketing message includes a way to opt out.
3. Sharing
We never sell personal data. Access is limited to FreshHaven staff who need it to serve you. We may share data with service providers who support our operations (for example, scheduling software hosted in secure data centres) under contracts that restrict how they may use it, or where disclosure is required by Malaysian law.
4. Retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the service relationship and for 7 years afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations, after which they are securely destroyed.
5. Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and staff confidentiality agreements. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we review our safeguards regularly and act promptly on any suspected incident.
6. Your Rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its processing.
